We test all equipment prior to delivery.
If you face a problem, you can call us and our technicians will resolve the problem.
In the event that the issue cannot be resolved, we'll replace the equipment immediately.

However, if you cancel the order after all order procedure are completed, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee depending on the cancellation date.

You can change the number of rental equipment without any cancellation charge.
Yes. Upon your request, our technician offer optional service of installation, setup, operation check, and removal at additional cost.
There are some exception to the above depending on the number of unit or the place of set up, so please contact us in advance.
Basically we don't have any limitation. We will offer you the number of available equipment depending on the rental period and the type of product.
If you need a large quantity of equipment, please contact us as early as possible.
Basically, please apply no later than one week prior to the rental start date.
We only Cheque for the payments.
Yes.
You can rent Microsoft office software through "Microsoft software rental program" provided by Microsoft cooperation. Antivirus software NOD32 ™" is also included.
We will install software before delivery so that you can use it as soon as you receive your rental PC.
*We don't deliver the installation disc.
