"Not enough memory. May not complete this operation"
Quickbooks displays the following error message:
"Not enough memory. May not complete this operation". The error occurs in Quickbooks when: opening or restoring a company file, restoring a portable company, saving as PDF, or, activating or deactivating online services.

Error Description
The error indicates that Quickbooks does not have enough memory to complete the loading of the company file lists. One way to solve this issue is to reduce the number of list items in your company file by removing unused list items or condensing the company file.
Things to try first:
- Restart the computer to release memory
- Open a Sample Company File to see if this error occurs
- Deactivate and Activate Online Accounts
